about game account

Hello, I have a question and I am needing official answer.

Well, I bought this game , Sins of a SOLAR EMPIRE via STEAM.

I delete this game from Steam Library and re-installed this game.

I created Stardock account before this re-install ,

but when I re-installed this game , the game program needed the game account again.

I concerned My account is separeted or doubled.

My account uses common E-mail.

This is problem or not ?

This account needing system is default system ?

I am fun of your game maker so I am very concerned.

I am needing official help.
