black screen

help

hi there my name is tom so i just got the game in store and installed the game and did the account thing ok but when i started the game it just back screened for half an hour what do i do

Typically this means you need to update your video card drivers. Make sure to get them directly from the manufacturer (nVidia.com, etc) and not from windows update. If that does not help or you need further assistance, please contact [email protected].
