Help modify UIFILE in logonui.exe of WinXP

Hello guys

I want the login panel to be on left side and the turn off computerbutton on right bottom sides.

But m not getting which values to edit in UIFILE of logonui.exe using resource hacker.

Please guide me in doing so.

P.S.: Dont suggest me to download .logonxp theme files from the net as i want to create my own logonui.exe
