Can't built Vasari Starbase (no "deploy starbase" option anymore)

It seems I cannot built Vasari starbases anymore with the Jarun Migrator.
The option "deploy starbase" is not available anymore. It can only colonize.

Do you need special research or something to get the option after the last patch?

You've always needed starbase deployment research to use it. It is found under the defense tree

You sure you still have enough military labs? ig you are missing the starbase access tech or drop under 2 military labs you lose your ability to build new starbases until you've met the requirements again.

Thanks! I was looking for that techt earlier but could not fiind it! Now I see I need the tech "Remote Assemblations" to be able to built starbases :) Bit stupid I didn't see it earlier (had 9 military labs so that wasn't a problem)!
