Windowed Mode Broken.

Greetings everyone,

I have been playing Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion for a while and I am enjoying the game very much, however since the update I can no longer play the game in Windowed Mode in 1024x768. It does not appear to change the resolution at all no matter what choice I make. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue?
