Setting Start Points

I think I'm missing something simple here, but when loading a new game it seems to randomize the start points for each player despite having set them in galaxy forge.  Is there any way to stop the randomization?

Yes, there is a "Randomize Positions" Boolean in the menu when you don't have an object selected.

Yes, but you have to edit the file in Notepad, as GalaxyForge doesn't support a "RandomMilitia" owner option, even though that is a valid option.

I don't want to plug my stuff, but my tutorial map makes extensive use of predefined militia and militia owned planets if you want a reference (again open in notepad, not galaxy forge).
