How to upload pics

Now I've started an AAR I really need to know how to get screenshots using print screen or snipping tool onto my forum post. Can anyone give me step by step instructions?

Imges need to be already hosted on the net via an alternate freeware upload site or similer...then they can e linked here...;)

but there are many picture upload sites free.

If you want to be able to edit the image without changing the links to a new image, get dropbox. DB stores shared files on your harddrive and syncs to the host. Anything in the 'Public' folder can be right clicked and 'get public link'.
