I give you my minute-by-minute analysis of the game - things I would have done in your perspective in this game at that given time point. Will not be able to finish this post in one go as I'm studying for exams at the same time, but when I have time it will be done so check back for updated versions.
-1 minutes: You have 3 phase lanes from hw, flanked btw allies. You are eco. Make 1 scout per phase lane and a colony frig. Make akkan. Scuttle the cap ship factory when the akkan is half-constructed - just enough time to finish construction and you get money earlier than scuttling later. make 2 civic labs; make them a little closer to the frig factory and extractors - that way if you ever need to build repairs/defence then they'll cover all buildings. While all this is happening go to the black market screen and set the resources prices to 100%
By in large I'm a fan of colonising only in one main direction, with single protevs in other directions at first. You need to balance colonisation (horizontal economy) with trade/eco research (vertical economy), which is why 2 civ labs first, no use of corvettes/scouts, especially in the early eco game.
-2 mins: with akkan built, make its fighter first before getting the colo ability. I would have sent the akkan to grab the volc instead of the moon, and told the protev to colonise the moon. I personally wouldn't have started building cobalts to help in colonisation - you can colonise just about any planet with a single coloniser cap ship if micro'd right. You need all the money you can save to help your eco. Instead of the frigates, you'd be better off starting 1st level of modular architecture research, followed by volc research. Regarding research, only have 1 research running at a time in each research tier, otherwise you 'dump' resources that could otherwise be used immediately in another aspect of the game. At this stage you also saw an asteroid 1 jump off the volc - you could have made a protev, and made it jump from hw ->volc -> asteroid and had it colonise this roid, and possibly even the one adjacent to it immediately after.
-3 mins: Since you committed the akkan for the moon, you could have colonised the volcano with JUST the protev alone, again no need for the cobalts. Just jump in the protev, colonise, and build a turret in front of the korsev. Pay attention to which side the korsev moves next. Then build a turret in front of it again in this manner until roughly 3-4 turrets are made. You'd then need to make one more that is in range for taking out the javalis. At this stage I would have probably started trade research after the volc research was done. Once militia are cleared later you can just scuttle the turrets. This method also saves you having to micro your cobalts vs the javalis
-5 mins: This is the time you finally start making the 2nd civic lab - should have been made much earlier. You also queued up a lot of research and thereby 'dumped' potential immediate resources. Volcano research needed to be one of the top priorities at that stage. When cobalts jumped to the volc, they should have targeted the javs first before anything else. You could have used the scout to strafe around the planet before jumping the cobalts to focus less fire on them. With the 3 neuts at the gas giant I would have sent 3 cobalts and 2 protevs to secure those.
-6 mins: Cobalts are not being micro'd properly on the volc. You could have also retreated one of the cobalts just before it died to minimise unit loss. At the gas giant, I would have taken all the neutrals first before sending the protev off to the moon. After it took the first extractor you could have told it to move towards its next extractor since its AM was saturated for the purpose, but in any case would have been better to send more protevs there.
-7 mins: Similar mistakes where you are unnecessarily losing cobalts and not targeting right units on the volc. You're also building trade ports even though they're not researched. This is another example of 'resource dumping'.
-9 mins: Not keeping an eye on the protevs. You also could have grabbed the moon and roids near Fallen by sending protevs in that direction. Only upgrade desert twice at first, otherwise you again are 'dumping' resources by upgrading to max population too early. Have something in eco tech going for research e.g. Metal resource
-10 mins: You haven't upgraded the volc planet population. The akkan is stuck on the high-pop desert even after it's colonised. It should be moving onto the next planet and you should have made turrets to take care of the rest of the militia there.
-12 mins: 3 things you're doing wrong here. Firstly you didn't need to build cobalts to finish off the volc militia..you should have just made a turret closer to the javs. Secondly the akkan is still wasting time at the desert..it should be moving onto next planet. 3rdly you still haven't taken all the neuts near you. Also you are not building more trade ports or culture.
-15 mins: akkan moves to the moon, but this could have been done much earlier..you did not need to wait for it to kill the desert militia. You lost valuable time by leaving it on desert. You also have too many resources floating, they need to be used to make more trade ports/culture
-19 mins: volcano population still not upgraded. akkan sitting on moon, should be moving onto next planet. Still too many resources floating
-21 mins: far too many resources. either feed or up your eco. Try to have as close to zero resources as possible. But at the same time make sure the resources are being used immediately rather than being dumped indefinitely into queues of research/buildings
