These are my answers to your considerations:
1-I do not go to release first a mod to the 100%. I have been making mods for other games for more 13 years and I do not want be making a mod for years for at the end do not finish it. This time I started before with one faction, the Empire, after I made it, I started the Rebel Alliance and when I completed everything, I made the Black Sun because it would not take me too many time.
2-I use photoshop with textures but I have not made most of them, just I converted them. They were made by a Russian friend named Nawrocki.
3-My mod is different to all the other mods and it remembers a lot to my Forces of Corruption mod Alliance. Check this http://www.moddb.com/mods/foc-alliance-22x But I have not made a lot of changes replacing the research and other features which probably would change the IA, I want a IA which it can be win at normal as the original with a good fight and you can increase the difficulty with the next levels.
4-I can add a lot of stuff because I have a lot of stuff from previous mods in my hands, I have a lot of models, textures for them, sounds, voices, music and more, I have not made more of ten models for this mod, I made or I could add them before for my EAW/FOC mod for more of 7 years.
One interesting thing for you can be how when I release the first version, I have not problems if you or other people start a variant from my mod with my mod, just if he names to it "X" version for the Alliance mod or "X" addon for the Alliance mod. If you or other want use a model or other resource from my mod in other mod, if you give the correct credit, I have not problems. I would upload all them to the avault from myfist0 but it would take me a lot of free time which I have not.
For end, before 5 days ago, I could use for mods more of 8 hours per day, now I have started a new job (real life) and this time will be reduce but I will finish my proyects, I´m sure from this, it is a matter of not too time.
