Greetings,
I was wondering whether there's a way in SoundPackager or in Windows 7 itself, or maybe in some third-party program, to define custom sound events. Specifically, I want to play a given sound (for those curious, the "Connecting..." soundbite from EVE Online) upon connecting a network, but not at other times, as the "System Notification" event would have me do.
Is there a way to achieve this?
