EDIT: My bad...
Note to self... first read... then complain....
About the game:
Purchase the soundtrack for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion containing over 2 hours of high-fidelity music across 55 individual tracks! This soundtrack DLC contains both FLAC and MP3 formats converted from the original production .wav files.
That means the music in the DLC is of excellent quality. Now contrary to what I stated below that makes it interesting for everyone, not just people who dont own the game. After all the music itself is very good and now you can get it in High Quality, too.
The soundtrack for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion is now available on Steam. 55 high-fidelity tracks that gives you over 2 hours of musical enjoyment!

The MP3s are encoded in VBR, which is generally considered better than just a straight out CBR format. Regardless, you can always play the FLAC files which are ~740 bitrate.
What FLAC files?
Or is FLAC the format used in the ogg.container?
The Soundtrack DLC download contains 2 subfolders - one for MP3 and one for FLAC. FLAC is a lossless compression scheme, so it has higher fidelity than the OGG Vorbis files that come with the game. Many free audio players can play FLAC files (WinAmp / AIMP3, etc.).
Original post:
Excuse me for saying this but.... all those soundtracks come already as ogg.files with the game. You could just play them there. There is no difference in the track list.
And then it is not even that? Seriously.... you should at least upload a high quality version.... I mean people who own the game basically just pay 10 € for a file conversion. That is a bit expensive in my book.
I would recommend at least updating to high quality MP3.... actually for 10 € I think you should offer uncompressed audio in studio quality. That makes it more intersting for those who have high quality audio equipment at home.
Generally speaking, the Sins of a Solar Empire Soundtrack is a very nice piece of music. It it easily worth getting.... as long as you dont own the game.
