[BUG] Psionic Scream

In-game information says that Psionic Scream (Discord Capital Ship) says that it affects corvettes. Actually, it does not.

I think the error is found in "BuffPsionicScreamTarget.entity", which requires an update to its 'targetFilter' to include corvettes. MOD'ers, did I get that right?

Maybe...I don't know if the devs intended this ability to affect corvettes or not...the ability does target corvettes but none of the buffs do...

Seems similar to the cause of vertigo, where SC could be targeted to spawn the AoE but weren't actually affected by the debuff...in that case, SC shouldn't have been in the ability at all....in this case, it seems reasonable that corvettes should be affected by the debuff...
