First off i'm new to this stuff so I don't even know what causes a desync. My internet speed is pretty crappy, but the guy i played with said it is a hardware issue, but i meet the requirements of the game. Any help would be appreciated.

My laptop has a switch that flips between the two graphics cards, it was using the intel hd graphics instead of the nvidia card.
