Maximum Activations reached!

Hello,I

I bought a new laptop recently, and tried to install rebellion through steam. Activation fails when I start the game, saying maximum activations reached. I read other posts on this forum for this issue, so I decided to post here rather than try a support ticket. Thank you for any help.

Send a ticket to support. Sins does have a max limit. Its 1000 activations per second. Not a joke. So this means either your computer is going nuts or you hit a snag somewhere.
