I've just picked up the new DLC and am looking forward to seeing all the new galactic things I can discover. However, I am wondering if I have already found a bug; the neutron star does not appear to buff my ships correctly with the jump destabilisation (there is no indication in the infocard of hull or antimatter loss, unlike in a well with an SB) and nothing happens when you reach the destination. Also, the phase speed reduction disappears immediately from the infocard on exiting the star's well and I do not see the phase jump speed is reduced.
I looked at the ability and buff files, and wonder if the problem might be the way the buffs are set up. BuffStarNeutronTarget appears to apply BuffDestabilizeHyperspaceTarget and the Protected version directly to ships, but said destabilisation buffs appear to end if "FirstSpawnerNoLongerHasBuff" -> "BuffDestabilizeHyperspaceSelf", which suggests that the buff is applied but ends immediately (as BuffDestabiliseHyperspaceSelf is not apparently cast at any point). I guess the problem would be fixed if the redundant finish condition is removed. Similarly, BuffStarNeutronTarget contains both the phase speed reduction and the charge up time increase, but the buff ends when you leave the star's well, so you don't get the phase speed reduction. Perhaps said reduction should be put in a separate buff that ends only on entering the next grav well, (for example, the destabilisation buffs would fit that bill).
I was also wondering (on a separate note) if it is possible to include a bit of text somewhere on the Black Hole infocard that the 50 damage is applied only every 7s (so about 7.14d/s)? I find the description as it is a bit misleading; I was expecting 50d/s as there was no other indication about the frequency.
