Unable to play multiplayer

Hi,

I bought Rebellion a while ago and I played some singleplayer games to get into the game. But now i want to play multiplayer. But sadly i can't. When i'm on the main menu and click the multiplayer button the background moves for 1 or 2 seconds and then freezes. The same goes for Lan when i try to host a game. Any solutions for this?

It sounds like you have a firewall app blocking it in the background. Try alt-tabbing out or running in a window so you can see the popup (if any).

I am having the same issue, and I have firewall turned off so its not that either. I click on the ICO multiplayer button and after a few seconds it freezes and stardock disconnects me. I tried deleting the game from my pc and reinstalling but still having the same issue.

Yeah, usually that means something on your system is blocking the connection or you can't reach the server. Please email [email protected] and they'll try to assist.
