Can't move map down/right (Camera control problems)

Hello all,

So I just installed Stellar Phenomena and starting playing, only to find that on the right bottom half of the map I am unable to control the camera. Specifically, I cannot move down or to the right. Its mildly annoying, has anyone else had this problem/ have a fix for it?
