Windows 8 sound schemes

How to install a complete sound scheme?

I'm new to the forums.

Can any one please help me install the full sound schemes from the affiliated site winsounds.com into windows 8 as it only ships with 1 scheme!

I have spent hours on Google looking without success.

Windows 8 is very difficult to personalise I wonder why?!?!
