wallpaper upload question

Yesterday I uploaded a wall, which after uploading showed up on my personal page but of course not on the public gallery.

Today it has disappeared from my personal page and I have receive no notification (email) of any action.

Any ideas of what/where/why happened.

Should I re-upload the wall?

Is it lost?

There is a wall of yours still in the moderation Que...

Not sure why or how it showed in personal pages then disappeared, but is still showing for moderation. So it's still there no need to re-up..
