There is a Super good tutorial made from the Master Vampothika on how to build a skin step by step that you can find here link .
I know this is probably not the answer you seek but i have low hopes that someone will make a skin based on such an old theme, it's old school look simply does not qualify to make a current skin for it, also considering the time needed that needs to be invested to make it. The target crowd for a release would (be) very small.
I could be wrong of course and with luck there is someone willing to invest the time to rebuild it.
If not, using the tutorial above will guide you through everything you need to know and if you should get stuck in the progress, folks here will be ready to help.
