I have icon packager and I bought it and didn't know it was 32bit I have 64bit it does act funny the some of icons don't change is there going to make it 64bit?
IconPackager should work fine on a 32 or 64-bit system, does here. May I suggest completely uninstalling it, run a good registry cleaner, reboot and then re-install it. You might have gotten a corrupt install.
