Disable camera rotation after releasing mouse2?

I have no idea if this is the correct forum to post this in, but it seemed appropriate. Apologies if it's not.

Is there a way to disable the camera from continuing to rotate even after the mouse2 button has been released? I would much greatly prefer that it stop immediately after I release the button, like how the camera stops strafing immediately after the mouse3 button is released.

I was able to slow down the extremely sensitive camera movements by editing the rebellion.camera.setting file, but I can't find anything in there that would make the camera stop moving when I tell it to.

Eh, maybe I'm not understanding you right, but when I stop holding down my right mouse button the camera stops rotating around the object/cursor.

Turns out it was my own doing, oops. Since you said that I went back and restored the backup of my original settings in rebellion.camera.setting and lowered only the baseRotationSpeed/maxRotationSpeed and baseStrafeSpeed/maxStrafeSpeed values (to fix the very over-sensitive camera) and the issue went away. I guess while I was fiddling with the settings to slow down the camera before, I changed something I shouldn't have.
