It's good to be back, me old mate.... not that I was really gone this time. I just had a down period with depression and sorta lost touch a little.
Things are back on track now, though, and I'm feeling pretty good about life in general. I still have a few aches and pains [it's part of the territory as you get older], but I have some new meds [Targin and Lyrica] which seem to be helping better than the Tramadol I was using.
The Tramadol never seemed to do alot for lower back pain, but the aforementioned combination has improved not only the level of pain but my mobility also.... not that I'm getting around like a spring chicken or anything, but I don't feel as limited as before and can manage to walk further for longer.
Anyhow, here's hoping all is well with you and that you're in good health/spirits.
