Do these crashes happen after enabling or disabling a mod from within the game, then playing a match without reloading the game first?
The in game loader is buggered, the prevailing theory at the time being that it doesn't properly dump resources and pushes the game past the 2GB limit. Those of us that work with it edit our enabledMods.txt file directly, but if you're going to stick with the in game loader you need to restart before playing after major mod changes. Anything of significant size will blow the following game up at some point into it.
If this isn't your issue, not a common problem. I'd try updating your drivers.
