Unable to get back my "Sins of Solar Empire Trinity" account...

Hi,

I've played a long time ago on SOASE (when the game was on Impulse platform) and now that i want to play again, unable to get back my account (migrate GameStop PC Download but process is failing all the time...).

Is it possible to get my key and migrate it on Steam ?
