All information in the Vault can be shared with EVERYONE FREE OF CHARGE right now by anyone who has access to the Vault, as long as the sharing is in the form of written or verbal discussion.
Furthermore, Frogboy and other members of Stardock have been frequently answering questions about the game... these answers are made available to EVERYONE FREE OF CHARGE.
When the game releases any information that may have not been discussed publicly will then be made available to EVERYONE FREE OF CHARGE.
Ultimately, all information will be available to EVERYONE FREE OF CHARGE eventually. If someone wants first-hand access to the info now, they can pay $45 to buy the entire game early... the $45 is not just for early first-hand access to the information, it's for the actual game.
If someone simply waits then they will learn everything for $0. If somebody wants early first-hand access to the info now, they can buy the game now. If someone wants early second-hand access to the info now, they can simply ask their questions here on the forums and a member with access to the Vault and/or a member of Stardock can answer the question now.
As such it does not make sense why you feel that the current situation relating to information about the game is an injustice.
With regard to the art and video files available in the Vault, I already addressed this in my previous post. Essentially, Stardock has a right as a business and as the creator of this art to make it exclusively available to those who buy the game early... They are under no moral or philosophical obligation to give it away for free right now. Now what would be really cool is if Stardock made these art and video files available for free to everyone sometime after the game's official release... but if they were to do this then it may upset some of those who purchased the game early. So either way Stardock cannot please everyone... this is a normal aspect of running a business.
