I know this may get on your nerves ^^ or even deleted ...
But I am so eager on the next beta I need to ask: Can you predict somehow when beta 5 will come ? Just like not the exact date but maybe the week 
?
I apologise if this is the kind of 100th time you hear this question but I needed to ask it anyhow.

I am betting on the first week in April. Some think sooner but in the last dev stream they were playing with the next release and it seemed very unstable. Maybe a piece of cake for the devs but it looked spooky to me.
19th of march is beta release ? Sounds good 6 more days to keeping me alive without galciv ....

Hmm one more:
I am doing a new race by modding atm. I want them to have a special Star System what XMLS do i Need for this? Faction ,Planet, StarSystem... For sure, but whats with star ?

QA is Quality Assurance, i.e. final testing for a particular release.
What's the first race you are all going to make? I may call mine Beta 5 as a tribute
I also cannot wait. I have held off playing another game till the map size improved, and with the hopeful improvements in AI it should make for an all around better experience, not to mention I can get working on custom races 
, like Beta 5. However, always better it gets more testing than not.

@markmid I wanna make the BORG as far as possible near the ones from star trek.
Even thought of taking them colonization ability (no building of colony modules) and therefor a nice starting system. But .... HOW ? And how solve the thing with ideology ....
