Resolution and DPI issues

Could you please fix the following

1 - resolutions wont change no matter what I try. I use my PC on a HDTV and my resolutiuon is slightly off 1080p so it always cuts off the edges of the screen. Even if I goto the pref files it shows my resolution. DisplayResolution=1768 x 992 but the game still always plays at 1080

2 - DPI issues. Well I am guessing this is the problem basically where i point my cursor is off from where I am point making the game unplayable. See this on a few games and usually the fix is to go to the file properties and disable DPI scaling but is greyeed out in this game. I somehow managed to fix this (not sure how) before the latest patch came out. Now with the new patch nothing I try fixes it. I have tried changing my DPI back to 100% but still does it

The developers seem to notice possible bug reports faster if they are posted in the Support forum.  Please move this post there by editing the original post, selecting Categories, and selecting Support from the drop down list.

What desktop resolution are you running?

GC3 doesn't do true exclusive fullscreen. If you have fullscreen enabled, the game will render at the requested resolution and scale it up to a borderless window covering your entire desktop. So it shouldn't overscan on a big screen unless your desktop is already doing it (that's generally resolved by fiddling with the screen's zoom settings to get a proper 1:1 pixel ratio and using HDMI if you're not).
