Suggestion for the Ship Designer "Capacity Meter"

First I want to say that the Ship designer is leagues ahead of Gal Civ 2 and I have already spent hours just playing with the pre-designs alone. Great job!

Suggestion though; I think it would be a good idea that the meter should display the decimal totals (ie. if there is 144.2 out of 150 capacity used then it should display 144.2 not 144).
