Hello - I not seen it asked here yet - I had assumed there was some typo in the XML files but I can't find any at least in improvements.xls - when you unlock the last option in the motivational chain of the Malevolent Ideology tree there is a mention of unlocking the Planetary Culling Project - but I yet to see what they does ? It might be something yet over from Beta in the text of this perk or a future idea - the 25% production perf is pretty good in itself but I have always been curious.
Some of the other parts of the Ideology trees would seem to use tweaks:
Benevolent Tree
Enticing in the Benevolent Tree - under Prominence is nice but it is one time and might happen too early to really benefit you causing you to either delay getting this perf or skipping the rest of the tree altogether
I normally don't use the Affinity line but I guess it be good for races that aren't Patriotic with large empires (discussion of the large empire penalty needs to be restarted - I like the original way it worked before it was changed)
Pragmatic Tree
2nd or 3rd perks in the Vigilant line have somewhat baffled me - 2nd can be okay at times - 3rd can have strategic value if under alot of attakcs but not a reason to take that tree initially
Builder line seems pretty strong not sure it needs to be changed
