Still can't get mods to work.  I re-installed, as I had the 1.03 patch.  Re-downloaded game, and 1.03 was fully re-installed without a patch.  Still, I enabled mods, put the mod directory in the correct location, and no new factions appear.  Any ideas?

I have had some problems with my mods. Less so with others.

There was no reason mine should not work so I edited the game files and tested to confirm it worked. It did so I copied the edited game file and pasted it into mods. Then I restored the game file.

Voila, it worked. Don't know how or why. They should have worked from the get go, they were very simple mods, but I don't question providence.

I have had to work on the mod files with each patch. Not only mine but some of the faction mods as well.
