Still can't attack units on Crystal Shards

Great game, but the Elemental engine's (Kumquat?) stability and technical prowess is maddening.

Among many other persistent issues, you still cannot attack an enemy group that is on a Crystal Shard, essentially removing your ability to stop them from destroying it. That is EXTREMELY ANNOYING

For the record, I'm not the biggest fan of Kumquat and look forward to you all moving away from it entirely after SK. HINT HINT WINK WINK

Are you sure about what is happening? My observation is that the instant a SK army or single unit moves on to a shard it damages the shard and dies all i the same turn. But the "image" or phantom army is still visible on/in the shard, and my army can't move onto to the shard while this phantom is visible. . No further shard damage form that army happens and the phantom army usually disappears in the next turn. I have watched this closely over many shard attacks ... but i could be wrong about what is actually happening
