Testing for mod presence

I made FEMM versions for some FE:LH mods, including for example "Level 7 and 7 Cities", and installed them. However, my cities are still capped to level 5. (My .femm file is not very suspect, since the XML for the mod was correctly installed (but FEMM does not check the box)).

 

Two questions.

 

1. is it possible from within the game to inspect the set of loaded XML files? Is there a log file for this?

2. for testing purposes, is there a cheat code for increasing city pop?

Hey, i made that mod. What the hell is a FEMM file?

If you have cheat mode enabled, and press CTL + M, you get 1000 of every resource, and will also give a boat load of population to any selected city, almost guaranteeing a level-up.

As far as I know the FE mod manager was never ported to work with FE:LH. Did you do some work to get that going for LH?

I know nothing about that program. I'd recommend following the original manufacturer's installation instructions.
