I don't know if it's a Galciv III thing or an AMD Raptur (PlaysTV) thing, however, Windows 10 Galactic Civilizations III crashes with PlaysTV is trying to record as soon as it tries to record even with the new Galactic Civilizations III feature enabled.

Windows 7 this works fine.

I opened a bug report with PlaysTV too...
