Hello,
I quit playing GC3 about a year ago and now came back after patch 1.82. Since people mostly tend to complain, I want to say that I am positively surprised about the state of the game. The constructor spam is mostly gone and the UI feels a lot more fleshed out 
That said, there are still two things, which I think could be improved:
- Why does the Escape key not close the Diplomacy screen?
- I like the star next to the specialized techs in the tech trading section and that it says which tech it's coming from when I mouse over it. For convenience, it would be great if all the techs of the same specialization would highlight. E.g. the star next to them could be filled or a different color.
