Snathi - Lost Citizen, Stuck.

Playing as the Snathi, I attacked a Drengin unit transport. Because of the Scavenger ability, I got lucky and salvaged the ship. And because of the way things work, the game has interpreted this as me getting a new Citizen.

Thing is, this Citizen is apparently lost. Went to the Citizen screen, tried assigning all of my citizens to planets, but the game still won't let me progress. I can't select the unit transport in question, so I can't send it anywhere to get the turn to finish. Don't really know where else to look from here.

Help?

Greetings to whom this may concern the solution to the "lost citizen" glitch is enable the "turn" cheat command.

I got lost citizen (i think because planet could take no more) and used the transfer citizen screen to resolve issue
