Is this working as intended? It states that it is supposed to "double the world's research while generating a Benevolent Ideology point per turn" but stat wise this isn't the case. It has a Benevolent Culture Production of .3 (so 1 every 3+ turns I believe) and research +33% (1/3 more, double would be +100%). Took a lot to build, so not sure this really is functioning correctly. Also, not sure if the description just needs to be updated to Crusades or something.

I *think* this is intended this way, but a lot of tooltips in Crusade need updating yet ...

I won't lie, one of the main reasons I went this way was to get that 1 point a turn, not every 3+ turns. Very sad about that.
