WinCustomize problem

I can't view the thumbnails or the large previews. I also can't see the icons next to the file names. I tried to re-install and re-download......no luck......any ideas???

Try looking thru the News for a story called WinCustomize back Online.T-Man put a link to a cookie killer there.It sounds to me like that might help.
