OK so it now requires Helios Ore to create legions. That's cool, I'm fine with that change I suppose.

HOWEVER

It is now more important than ever to keep a tight management of how you use and deploy your legions since it just became MUCH harder to build them up and replace them.

I mean god damnit, this has been stupid since it was first implemented. It is really fucking annoying to have to basically micromanage colonies so much to make sure you don't accidentally end up with all your legions stationed on some backwater planet where they are all useless since you can't return them to the legion pool. This "feature" has been basically broke for over a year, or however long ago it was implemented.

Other than that, keep up the great work...
