Why when i install a skin for it i dont get the bar ...the start bar is the same as before......Is it cause i dont got winXP?

Yes. You would need the Object Bar program if you want to duplicate the XP Start Menu on nonXP systems. There's a setting in OB to use the WB skin you're using to provide the XP start menu.

Do you have object bar installed ????, If you do haveit right click star bar/ change theme/load a different theme/select (US WB SKIN) and at styles select (*Use windowblind skin)

Theme browser at bottom WindowsXP, in styles drop down box *Use WindowBlinds skin*, will use taskbar from any skin if it supports it.
