what's up with upgrading from free version to enhanced. i have serial number, but i can't find a place to put it.
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Did you use the download link that was on the confirmation e-mail? When you run the setup file a box will pop up to put the serial number in. Try re-downloading the upgrade file. Hope that helps a bit.

In the same email you are sent the key you will also have a link to download the full version. the shareware version does not have a place to put the key.

Correct, the shareware version (which also works as an anti-piracy technique) is
not the same as the enhanced (purchased) version. You need to download and
install the enhanced download from the link that is located on your receipt by
your serial number.
