Hello to All

I am writing to you in the hope that you could help me, I have purchased Sins of The Solar Empire Rebellion on Steam, having previously played and enjoy the game series. One of the aspects I enjoy most is the custom galaxy creation via the Galaxy Forge application, unfortunately I am unable to launch the Galaxy Forge provided by Steam. I have tried everything I can think of including verifying files, complete removal and re-install, and compatibility modes. I have also installed the previous version Galaxy Forge 3 available directly from Stardock Games and found that it launches correctly however it of course does not contain all the current content such as Starbases and Titans.

Could you please provide any assistance available as this is rather frustrating and I wish to return to my enjoyment of the making maps.
