Unless the author delete it off or never upload it to Wincustomize.com. Do note that, there is always a big chance that it won't work for Windowblinds 10.

I don't think you understand, no one here can help you find a design that old. You can try looking through all these if you want though.

To be honest, you'll have to do the work yourself. I went through 200 of the over 650 pages of widowblinds (starting from oldest) without finding the skin..... if it's there, you'll find it eventually.

There is a clue there in your shot if you look closely. The folder in the picture says Alexandrie's Documents leading me to think it was a Pixtudio skin......although I'm not sure if she ever released skins under her own name or something other than Pixtudio.

The link isn't dead, you just have to put the search parameters on 9 pages per side, but it leaves you to the last of the iconpackers so still no clue what the link is for.

The blue icons shown in your first posted screenshot were part of a suite called PixOS, a collaboration between Johanne Chainé aka Alexandrie & Paul Boyer aka Mormegil and are to my knowledge no longer available.
