What is the difference between Blinds and Curtains?

I own windows blinds and I'd like to know what the difference is between the two to see if I should upgrade.

You cannot skin as many areas in Curtains, Windowblinds allows for more creativity.

Curtains isn't an upgrade to WindowBlinds, it's a different skinning program.  You can have them both installed at the same time. You can only have a skin from one or the other applied at any one time though.
