Can't Change any Settings in Sins of a Solar Empire.

I recently replaced my GPU and Monitor; and upgraded from Windows 10, to Windows 11.

Now every time I try to change any settings in Sins of a Solar Empire, the "Apply Changes" button remains greyed out and I can't change them.

I'm stuck running the game in a 1920x1080 "window" on a new ultrawide 3440x1440 monitor... and while the new Resolution IS selectable... the "apply changes" button doesn't work.

There is also nothing listed to select for Refresh Rate either.

Even though its not the same issue as mine, its similar, and the fix for it worked for me.
