Winstep skinning questions to "JcRabbit"

Hello everyone and Jorge...

I am speaking mainly to Jorge who I hope will be able to give me answers...

Questions that I have always asked myself and that I am trying to resolve...

1- Is it possible to apply a kind of overlay (Images) on the complete menu TitleA and I, ButtonA and I, EndcapA and I which does not undergo stretching when adding an element in the menu (Separator or others) as can be done on certain modules.

2- Is it possible to apply an animation image to TitleA and I, as can be done on WindowBlinds...

3- Is it possible to have WsCalLeftArrow and WsCalRightArrow over and down buttons on the calendar as well as close normal over and down buttons on the different modules without going through the drop-down menu for each module...

4- Is it possible to change the color of the new gear icon in the tray section which is always white and which is sometimes almost invisible with certain colors of the SysBack or the StartBar...

Well, I think I've covered it, but these are questions that have been bothering me for a long time and which prevent me from creating certain themes which present elaborate menus...

I do not wish to interject because it is directed at JcRabbit but I know a couple of answers to numbers 1 & 2 if that helps?

1. I believe the answer is no to Title, Button and endcap but there is a new entry that allows you to get around that which you can put into the main wst configuration file. I am not sure whether I can post it here or not so PM me and I'll happily give it to you. It won't work until version 27, but there is a BETA 26.9 on the Winstep site you can download which will do it. This means that the Main Menu / Parent images stay there, and do not transfer to the sub menu, which also means you can be as elaborate as you wish in the Main Menu now without worrying about them jumping to the SubMenu's. 

2. I do not think JcRabbit has enabled animations in the Menu. If he has done them, I have no idea how to access that feature.

Not to discourage you from asking skinning questions here, but I believe that if one wishes to ask very specific Winstep skinning questions, the better place to do it is in the Winstep forums, if only because Jorge is a far more frequent participant there, and because your knowledge of Winstep skinning is at what I would say is extensive, and there are very few WSX skinners here, besides BassdudeNZ. 

I also read in Winstep forums that overlays don't currently work as well as animations. Perhaps in 28.8 they will, but I have no reliable knowledge regarding that.
