start menu size problem

like you see the start menu in some themes take the whole screen it annoying is there a fix? and if there is not i hope the dev see this. thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues. That is expected since some theme are using different scales for their Start panel matrix. You can adjust the height of your Windows 7 style Start panel by adjusting this setting. Push it down to make is shorter.
