Feature Request: Show Recycle Bin on the taskbar

I love everything about Start11 v2.  However, there is one feature I'd like to see, if possible.  I'd like the ability to interact with the Recycle Bin through an icon on the taskbar so I can have a nice, clean desktop.  Of course, it would only work when the option for Start11 to control the taskbar is enabled.

That shows it in the taskbar.  However, right-clicking it doesn't bring up the same menu that right-clicking the icon on the desktop does.  I want to be able to interact with the pinned icon on the taskbar exactly how I'd interact with the icon on the desktop.

This used to be possible in Windows 10 using a Toolbar, but Windows 11 doesn't support Toolbars. I use ObjectDock to display my Recycle bin. ObjectDock does a great job displaying custom Recycle bins and displays empty and full iterations faithfully. I have one dock that only has the Recycle bin on it using the BlackOps style with 100% transparency, None for Effect, and Autohide for Accessibility. I know it's not what you are asking for, but it does get the Recycle Bin off your desktop and still give you quick and easy access, with the right-click context menu.
