Has Multiplicity 4 fully support for Simplified Chinese?

Yes, I believe it does. Looking at the Languages folder, it look it is supported. Perhaps, it is best for you to do the 30days free trial on it.

Simplified Chinese has been in the interface since Multiplicity 3.6, which is where Spanish, French, German, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese Brazil and Japanese all landed together. The 4.01 changelog notes the supported languages are included, with community support for them on GitHub, so a string that reads badly is fixable rather than a dead end.

The part a language list does not answer is typing. Multiplicity sends your keystrokes from the primary machine to the secondary, and our guidance for input problems is that both PCs use the same keyboard layout, with any keyboard related software installed on both ends. An IME counts as that, so put it on every machine you intend to type Chinese on and not only the one with the keyboard attached.

That is what I would point the trial at. Type a full sentence through the IME into an app running on a secondary, candidate window and all, rather than only checking the menus came up in Chinese. The interface language you can confirm in a minute. The input path is the one I would not count on until you have watched it work on your own two machines.
