when the war stratred sure he had almost full stack of fleet but after I destroyed it he send ships one by one isnted stack it again, how I can lost it lol? guys game have version 4.0 and AI is still bugged AF :/

I don't think you're going to see much in the realm of further AI updates.  We've taken it about as far as we can.  Increase the difficulty level.

what? you can't code to simply stack fleet more?

 

just give them order to use max logistics as much they can

 

difficulty level don't help if they use ships one by one
